Refund and Returns Policy for Stainless Charm
At Stainless Charm, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our stainless steel jewelry. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit may take a few days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@stainlesscharm.com.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
